Hello! I am Ashley Naftule and this is my newsletter. If you enjoy reading about weird cinema, underground music, the occult, D.I.Y. theatre, wrestling, absurdist literature, Forteana, and local Arizona culture, A Well-Tuned Piano will hopefully be music to your eyes & ears.

Paid subscriptions are deeply appreciated but not “necessary”: all Well-Tuned Piano posts will be public. To borrow a motto from the fine folks at Mississippi Records: Love Over Gold. Always.

A Well-Tuned Piano publishes once a week. Comments are always welcome.

I'm a writer and performer based in Phoenix, AZ. I bear an uncanny resemblance to country singer Vince Gill, but don't worry: This isn't a Chris Gaines thing.
